How does this
work?
Our client will contract with us for a
pre-determined time period and fees. During the engagement:
- We will set up the infrastructure for budgeting and
projections.
- We will perform budget vs actual reporting and
explain the variance based on periodic financial statements prepared by
either the clients internal accounting personnel or our firm.
- We will perform various financial analysis as
requested or defined.
- We will assist management in strategic planning,
business planning and etc.
- We will assist management to design and implement
control and reporting systems as requested.
