Ms. Chen has nearly 10 years of experience in accounting and tax, in which seven years of that were with public accounting. During her early public accounting days, Ms. Chen served a wide variety of services including accounting, audit, and tax. During that time, Ms. Chen focus most of her time on small businesses and individuals. Ms. Chen later focused her career on taxation (in compliance, planning, IRS dispute and research) for large multinational corporations. She assists these multinational corporations in various areas such as R&D credit, international taxation, corporation reorganizations and etc. Ms. Chen also has a wide range of international tax clients assisting them with their U.S. tax returns. She is currently heavily involved in a dispute between IRS and an S&P 500 company.
